The Art of Business In An Ever Changing World

I had a dream.

I was working with a company of awakened beings—people who could see where I wasn’t fully stepping into my power. I was hiding, playing small, trying to stay under the radar. And they knew. They saw it, called it out, even mocked it—not to be cruel, but because they understood something I hadn’t yet grasped:

Power isn’t about control. It’s about alignment.

One person stood out—a leader who was fully himself, unapologetic in his desires. He made sure people got what they wanted while also getting what he wanted. He wasn’t forcing anything; he was simply moving in alignment with his direction.

That dream mirrored something deeper—my own journey of balancing self-worth, vision, and execution.

A New Model for Business & Collaboration

The dream led me to reflect on my astrology and Human Design themes of Chiron. One realization stood out: The highest vision isn’t found through sheer willpower—it’s revealed through small, intentional steps.

The ego’s role isn’t to force a direction—it’s to recognize opportunities and imagine the best possible outcome. It looks for the best bargain in every interaction: What’s the most beautiful outcome we can co-create? And the next step is always just that—one step towards the unknown that will give us more information about the future as we step into it.

Success isn’t a fixed destination; it’s a constantly shifting landscape. The key is collaborative visioning and aligned execution.

Revenue Polaris is based on these premises. It’s a new paradigm for business, leadership, and community-building.

This is how Revenue Polaris works:

  1. Understand the uniqueness of each person and how the energy of the group is formed – Every individual brings a distinct energy, skill set, and way of operating. Before jumping into action, take the time to see what’s available: Who is here? What are their strengths? How does this group’s collective energy interact? When each person is honored for their natural abilities, the foundation becomes stronger.

  2. Pull together the game plan for the highest timeline/vision as the North Star – Once the group’s energy is understood, align on the ultimate vision. What are you working toward? What is the most beautiful, expansive outcome you can imagine? This vision serves as a guiding force, keeping everything aligned.

  3. Create a strategy that integrates each person’s unique energy, skills, and abilities while accounting for their design – Traditional planning often forces people into roles they aren’t suited for. Instead, design the plan around each person’s natural way of working. Where will they thrive? Where might they struggle? Adjust the plan accordingly to ensure alignment.

  4. Execute in a traditional project management style – Vision and alignment are crucial, but execution still requires structure. Implement the plan with clear timelines, responsibilities, and milestones to track progress. The difference is that instead of forcing outcomes, you are allowing the aligned energy to carry it forward.

  5. Celebrate, reflect, and realign for the next vision – Once a milestone is reached, pause. Celebrate the progress. What worked? What didn’t? Take a break to reflect, recharge, and receive new inspiration. Then, come back together, refine the vision, and take the next aligned step.
