I never set out to work in RevOps or Human Design. In fact, my career began in a world far removed from automation, data analytics, and CRM systems—I was in sales, learning the art of persuasion, connection, and human behavior.
But looking back, every pivot, every unexpected shift, and every challenge led me to exactly where I was meant to be: helping businesses optimize revenue through a fusion of strategy, technology, and something often overlooked—alignment.
Alignment with systems. Alignment with teams. And most importantly, alignment with self.
The Early Days: A Natural Strategist in a Sales World
In my early career, I thrived in high-touch, people-driven roles. I was drawn to understanding what made customers say “yes” and how businesses could create experiences that resonated.
But I also saw inefficiencies—processes that could be streamlined, systems that didn’t talk to each other, and sales teams that struggled because the right data wasn’t in the right hands at the right time.
Something in me always wanted to fix those gaps. To create flow.
At the time, I didn’t have a name for it. But I later realized it was my natural strategic mind at play— which is part of my Human Design.
Discovering RevOps: Where Strategy Meets Systems
My transition into RevOps wasn’t a straight line. It was a series of discoveries. Each new role—whether in digital marketing, CRM management, or business operations—deepened my understanding of how revenue generation isn’t just about selling; it’s about orchestrating an experience.
I learned that the best revenue systems don’t just automate tasks; they empower people. The right CRM setup doesn’t just track leads; it aligns sales and marketing in a way that feels seamless. RevOps, in its purest form, is about harmony between data, people, and technology.
And that’s when it clicked: This wasn’t just strategy. This was a deeply intuitive process.
Merging Human Design with HubSpot and RevOps
Most people wouldn’t put Human Design and AI in the same sentence. But for me, they aren’t opposites; they’re complements.
Human Design offers a way to understand how people and teams naturally work best.
When you know that, you can then develop AI-driven tools and automation with the right processes to match that energetic flow.
This provides you with the best possible data and predictive insights to make business decisions with awareness.
When I started incorporating Human Design principles into how I structured revenue strategies, the results were profound.
Instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all approach to sales, I helped teams align their outreach with their natural strengths.
Instead of relying solely on dashboards, I encouraged leaders to trust both the numbers and their intuition.
Instead of optimizing purely for efficiency, I built RevOps strategies that felt organic, sustainable, and human.
This balance between technology and intuition is what makes Revenue Polaris different. I don’t just implement systems—I align businesses with their highest revenue potential, both strategically and energetically.
Looking Ahead: The Future of Revenue is Aligned
I’ve worked with startups, enterprises, and everything in between. No matter the size of the company, the truth remains the same: When you align strategy, systems, and people, revenue follows.
The future of RevOps isn’t just about automation or AI—it’s about creating businesses that flow. Where marketing, sales, and customer success aren’t siloed but seamlessly connected. Where leaders make decisions not just from spreadsheets, but from a deep sense of clarity.
This is the work I do. And it’s the work I’m meant to do.

The Art of Business In An Ever Changing World
The future of business isn’t about control—it’s about alignment and co-creation. Revenue Polaris helps businesses thrive by honoring each person’s unique energy, crafting a shared vision, and executing with purpose. If you’re ready to move beyond traditional models and embrace a new paradigm for growth, this is for you.
I had a dream.
I was working with a company of awakened beings—people who could see where I wasn’t fully stepping into my power. I was hiding, playing small, trying to stay under the radar. And they knew. They saw it, called it out, even mocked it—not to be cruel, but because they understood something I hadn’t yet grasped:
Power isn’t about control. It’s about alignment.
One person stood out—a leader who was fully himself, unapologetic in his desires. He made sure people got what they wanted while also getting what he wanted. He wasn’t forcing anything; he was simply moving in alignment with his direction.
That dream mirrored something deeper—my own journey of balancing self-worth, vision, and execution.
A New Model for Business & Collaboration
The dream led me to reflect on my astrology and Human Design themes of Chiron. One realization stood out: The highest vision isn’t found through sheer willpower—it’s revealed through small, intentional steps.
The ego’s role isn’t to force a direction—it’s to recognize opportunities and imagine the best possible outcome. It looks for the best bargain in every interaction: What’s the most beautiful outcome we can co-create? And the next step is always just that—one step towards the unknown that will give us more information about the future as we step into it.
Success isn’t a fixed destination; it’s a constantly shifting landscape. The key is collaborative visioning and aligned execution.
Revenue Polaris is based on these premises. It’s a new paradigm for business, leadership, and community-building.
This is how Revenue Polaris works:
Understand the uniqueness of each person and how the energy of the group is formed – Every individual brings a distinct energy, skill set, and way of operating. Before jumping into action, take the time to see what’s available: Who is here? What are their strengths? How does this group’s collective energy interact? When each person is honored for their natural abilities, the foundation becomes stronger.
Pull together the game plan for the highest timeline/vision as the North Star – Once the group’s energy is understood, align on the ultimate vision. What are you working toward? What is the most beautiful, expansive outcome you can imagine? This vision serves as a guiding force, keeping everything aligned.
Create a strategy that integrates each person’s unique energy, skills, and abilities while accounting for their design – Traditional planning often forces people into roles they aren’t suited for. Instead, design the plan around each person’s natural way of working. Where will they thrive? Where might they struggle? Adjust the plan accordingly to ensure alignment.
Execute in a traditional project management style – Vision and alignment are crucial, but execution still requires structure. Implement the plan with clear timelines, responsibilities, and milestones to track progress. The difference is that instead of forcing outcomes, you are allowing the aligned energy to carry it forward.
Celebrate, reflect, and realign for the next vision – Once a milestone is reached, pause. Celebrate the progress. What worked? What didn’t? Take a break to reflect, recharge, and receive new inspiration. Then, come back together, refine the vision, and take the next aligned step.

A Blueprint for Sustainable Business Growth
There’s a natural rhythm to creation—an underlying cycle that governs how things come into being, grow, and evolve. This pattern isn’t just present in nature; it’s the key to sustainable business growth.
I call this the Universal Creation Lifecycle, and it forms the foundation of the Revenue Polaris framework. By aligning your business with this cycle, you can identify gaps, streamline processes, and set the stage for long-term success.
Many businesses struggle because their sales, marketing, and customer service functions operate in silos. Information gained in one area isn’t used to inform the others, leading to missed opportunities, frustration, and stagnant revenue.
But these challenges aren’t random. They’re signs of misalignment—symptoms of a business working against its natural flow.
The Universal Creation Lifecycle is a five-step framework that mirrors the organic process of growth. When applied to business, it reveals where things are thriving, where they’re stuck, and how to create a seamless flow between every stage.
Let’s dive into each phase and see how it applies to your business.
1. Initiation
The Seed of Growth
Every creation starts with an idea, a spark of inspiration. In business, this is Vision and Product Development—the foundation upon which everything else is built.
What inspired your business vision and values?
Can you clearly describe your product-market fit?
Has your product evolved to meet changing customer needs?
What are your overall key performance indicators?
What is the most beautiful expansive outcome you can imagine right now?
Do you have a process for product development?
This stage is all about clarity. If the vision isn’t clear, the business lacks direction. Without a solid foundation, everything built on top of it will struggle.
2. Rooting
Establishing a Strong Internal Structure
Once the seed is planted, it needs roots to pull in nutrients. In business, this is Culture, Team, and Tools—the infrastructure that supports sustainable growth.
How is your company culture evolving?
Is your org chart structured for efficiency, including vendors?
Are your team members’ natural skills aligned with their roles?
Are your tools (CRM, website, internal systems) helping or hindering efficiency?
Do you have SOPs (standard operating procedures) to ensure consistency?
How is your employee training and onboarding process?
Do you have a process that allows for a natural flow of internal change?
A weak root system leads to instability. If your internal operations aren’t optimized, your business will struggle to scale.
3. Growth
Building Awareness and Market Presence
As roots establish, the first sprout pushes through the soil—Branding and Marketing. This stage is where your business becomes visible to the world.
What’s the story behind your brand?
Do your messaging and visuals clearly communicate your business’s authentic nature?
How well do you know your current audience?
How would you rank the business reputation overall?
What are your current online and offline marketing goals and metrics?
Are your marketing efforts driving results, or are they draining resources?
What needs in the marketplace are met with your marketing offers?
Do you have a process for collecting your audience's and customers' questions to create helpful marketing solutions?
At this stage, your business needs strategic visibility. Marketing isn’t just about getting attention—it’s about attracting the right audience in a way that aligns with your business identity.
4. Maturity
Converting Growth into Revenue
As the plant strengthens, it develops leaves and stems, drawing energy from the sun. In business, this is Sales—the process of turning potential into profitability.
Is your sales process smooth and efficient?
What are your current sales metrics and sales goals?
Do you have defined sales stages and supporting assets?
Where are deals getting stuck in the pipeline?
What tools are you using for deals, quotes, and pricing?
What’s the secret sauce of your top performers?
Why should customers choose you over your competitors?
Does your sales team feel empowered or limited by the sales process?
Sales isn’t just about numbers—it’s about alignment. When your sales process supports both your business goals and your customers’ needs, revenue flows naturally.
5. Fruition
Delivering Value and Fueling Future Growth
The final stage of the lifecycle is Customer Experience—the moment of truth when customers receive your product or service. Just like fruit contains seeds for a new life, this stage fuels future growth through feedback and retention.
What’s your onboarding and fulfillment process?
How do you measure customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS scores)?
What recurring issues arise in customer service?
Are there any specific points along the fulfillment or service journey that have experienced an abnormal amount of success or failure?
Do you have a process to allow fulfillment and service insights to inform product development?
Customer experience is not the end of the journey—it’s the beginning of the next cycle. Businesses that prioritize customer insights create a continuous loop of innovation and growth.
